Founded by artist and teacher Sarah Suchecki, ‘Chocolateteapot Art’ is a culmination of a lifelong passion for fostering a love of creativity and unlocking potential among people of all ages. Central to her ethos is that everyone is an artist and through exploration and experimentation it is possible for even the most uncertain individual to find a passion for the arts and to develop their confidence.

Sarah studied Fine Art at Bower Ashton in Bristol, whilst also working at Arnolfini Art Gallery and then trained to become a teacher. Over her 19 years as a teacher, she has been subject lead for art, developing an overarching art curriculum and assessment and this year has run adult art workshops across a range of disciplines and media. 

Sarah is passionate about making the arts accessible for all and enjoys working within communities where art can act as an ideal vehicle for bringing people together.

Sarah comes from North Somerset and lives with her family in south Bristol.
