Congars Cafe Courses!

We are now at the half way point of the ‘Introduction to Drawing Course’ at Congars Cafe and the attending artists have explored mark making in different media including: graphite, pen and paint and will next week go on to explore charcoal and drawing on textured surfaces. The sessions have sparked the artists creativity and whether they continue to draw in the cafe following on from the course or they find moments to draw at home and reflect over the tasks which we explore- I’m happy to witness the positive effects creativity is having on them all!

I’m enjoying working in the Congars Cafe space so much that that I’m excited to say that the next course will be on a festive theme. Booking will be made via email with myself or through Sonia at the cafe- more info to follow!
